You may use MyFutureNest to prepare a residential lease for a property you own, manage with authority, or are renting. You choose the state when you start, and the lease uses that state's template. You are responsible for the facts you enter. You do not need an attorney to create or sign it here.

The service does not warrant that a lease is enforceable in every situation, or that it fits subsidized housing, short stays, mobile-home parks, or commercial space. Those uses are refused.
